Spring Court History, Milestones and Achievements
Spring Court, the developer of Jervois Prive, is the oldest surviving family-run restaurant in Singapore. It was opened in 1929 by HO Loke Yee who started a tradition referred to as Wing Choon Yuen with the opening of the restaurant. This tradition not only focused on providing Singaporean food, but it also brought together business partners, family and friends for a meal.
The restaurant has hosted several events mostly wedding and sometimes even 4-5 in a single night. From its beginning, Spring Court has had a mission of making its customers happy and satisfied in their joyous occasions.
Today, Spring Court stands out is the oldest family-run restaurant across this island nation. Even with many years of providing quality services, they are dedicated to making all their meals relaxing, enjoyable. It gives you a feeling of special occasion much like meals served in your own home.
Jervois Prive is one of the latest investments to be made by a reputable restaurant through its owner Mike Ho. The third-generation owner of Spring Court saw potential in this property located at Jervois Road due to its strategic location enabling it to benefit from the nearby amenities and facilities.
